Phanto - Fine China [Cover]

Introducing yet another talented singer all the way from JayTown ‘‘Phanto’’ His real name Fanen Edward Ene Hungwa, was born August 1993 and hails from Benue state Nigeria. He has loved music right from childhood and has always had good music around him from a closely knitted family. ‘‘Phanto’’ attended Mount Carmel middle and high school, and while in school he enrolled for auditions and I got several parts, this ultimately encouraged and gave birth to his singing talent. Upon his graduation from high school he met a long-time friend and rapper base in Jos called Igho (Yungpro) and laced the chorus for ‘‘Yungpro’’ track titled ‘‘Let it all go’’. He’s musical influences range from music legends like; Michael Jackson to multi talented artiste like Chris Brown and soul music in general. ‘‘Phanto’’ genre can be classified as R&B/Soul.
‘‘Phanto’’ beautifully displays his amazing vocal prowess on the hit single Fine China by Chris Brown and the track was produced by the soul maestro Dareng.

Yung-Pro ft Phanto – “LET IT ALL GO”

”Yung-Pro Adjeks: My name is Igho Adjeks, I’ve loved both making and listening to rap music since I was little because I grew up in a house where music was listened to frequently so it quickly became a part of me. My biggest inspiration was and still is Marshal Mathers (popularly known as Eminem), because of his style of rapping and the reality in his lyrics.
PHANTO: My name is Fanen Hungwa, I started singing 2 years back in 11th grade, there was an audition for a singing role in an up-coming banquet, I tried out and got the role everyone loved my voice so I took singing more serious. My biggest inspiration has always been Chris Brown because I sing and dance just like he does.
MOTIVATION AND MAIN MESSAGE
The song is based on a true life story, Yung-Pro discovered that there are a lot of broken homes generally and it affects the kids involved so he is just trying to tell them that there is always a bright side to everything in life but the only way to see it is to LET GO of all the horrible things that’s why we wrote the song “LET IT ALL GO”.”
