Jay -Z dropped one of the most anticipated Hip hop albums this year and this time with new rules. the album went platinum even before its release date as a result of the Jay - Z / Samsung collaboration where the Rapper sold the album to Samsung and I million customers where to download the album as an App on some selected Samsung Android phones on the 3rd July 2013.
Magna Carta Holy Grail sees Jay Z cementing his position at the top of Hip hop food chain, thanks to his innovative spirit, lyrics, beats from the likes of Timbaland, Rick Ruben, Pharell Williams, and vocals by Justin Timberlake, Beyonce and Frank Ocean. As well as ledgndary features from Nas and Rick Ross.
Despite the fact Jay -Z took this path to get his latest material released, the album finally went on sale on iTunes a week ago and is reported to have sold over 500,000 copies in its first week which will definitely give this rap icon another #1 album making it his 13th #1 studio album. #MuchRespectToJay-z
